About the service
TestPilot AI is an online tool that turns requirements into suggested QA test cases, edge cases and synthetic examples. These terms apply to use of this website and application. Accounts and access
Provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You may sign in with email/password or Google. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account and connected Jira site. Contact support if you suspect unauthorized access. Password recovery does not create a new account or reset trial usage.
Free trial and Pro
The free trial includes three successful generations in total, not a daily allowance. Signing up, refreshing, or changing accounts in the same linked browser does not reset it. The standard Pro offer is USD $5 for 30 days of generation access, subject to applicable taxes shown at checkout. It is a one-time purchase, with no automatic renewal. A separately identified, restricted live test offer may be available to approved test accounts. The amount displayed in the payment checkout is the amount you authorize.
Payment and delivery
Paddle acts as Merchant of Record for purchases completed through Paddle checkout and processes payment, applicable tax and receipts under its buyer terms. Pro activates after the backend verifies successful payment, and lasts for 30 days from activation. Access is digital; no physical item is delivered. If activation is delayed, contact support with your transaction reference rather than paying again. Guest purchasers should retain the purchasing browser identity and use the matching receipt email when linking the purchase to an account. Legacy Razorpay purchases remain subject to their original transaction records.
Your content and AI output
You retain your rights in the requirements and other content you provide. You authorize us and the service providers described in the Privacy Policy to process that content to deliver the features you request. Submit only material you have permission to use. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your system. Review and validate generated cases before using them. Coverage signals are estimates, not proof of executed testing, regulatory compliance or a bug-free product. Output may not be unique.
Acceptable use
Do not upload credentials, payment-card data, unnecessary personal information or content you are not authorized to share. Do not misuse connected systems, attempt unauthorized access, distribute harmful or unlawful material, evade trial limits or payment checks, or interfere with the service. Pro is intended for normal interactive testing; automated abuse that threatens service availability may be restricted.
Saved work and integrations
Saving projects and revisions requires an account. Jira access is optional and depends on the permissions you grant and your rights on the selected site. Review actions that import or create Jira issues. You can disconnect Jira or revoke access with Atlassian. Third-party services may have separate terms and availability limits. Export important work and keep your own copies.
Availability, restrictions and ending use
We aim to keep the service available, but maintenance, provider failures and network delays can interrupt it. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security threats or legal obligations. You can stop using the service and contact support to request account closure. Any unresolved paid-access issue or refund request will be considered under the Refund Policy and applicable law; these terms do not remove mandatory consumer rights.
Responsibility and consumer rights
You are responsible for reviewing generated output and deciding whether it is suitable for your use. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted operation or error-free output. Nothing here excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms when features or legal requirements change. The last-updated date identifies the current version. Material changes will apply prospectively, subject to applicable notice requirements, and will not silently change the price or duration of an already completed purchase.
